Let the music take centre stage and flow through every cell of your body, as you move through delightful sequences full of rotations that truly get your circulation going and make your life force vibrate in sync with the melodies. The music is performed by a fantastic string quartet from Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra.
Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal, Yoga Lene, brings you closer to the classical music and guides you through the yoga practice, the music, and the people behind it. No prior experience is required, and there are movements for everyone, whether you wish to take it easy or be challenged.
Please note: Bring your own yoga mat and any accessories you wish to use.
