Nature rests and you deserve it too. In the middle of the darkest time of the year, you are invited to the Concert Hall where you can embrace the darkness and just be. wrapped in both beautiful and exciting sounds played by fantastic musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony, you will be guided through a restful, peaceful yin yoga session.
Bring your own mat and maybe a blanket and pillow.

Art with music in focus
