Yoga teacher Lene Skomedal takes us closer to classical music at this yoga concert. Allow yourself to be surrounded by the sounds of a string quartet from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, with gentle movement sequences in each piece. This time, we place extra focus on the heart.
At this yoga concert, we celebrate love in all its forms – but above all, self-love. You will be surrounded by the warm embrace of beautiful classical music, performed by an eminent string quartet from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. At the same time, you will be invited to move through gentle yoga sequences with each piece, naturally with extra focus on the heart, close to Valentine’s Day.
Lene Skomedal (yogalene.se), a musician and yoga teacher, guides us through a yoga session, and through the music and the people behind it. Listen with your whole body to music that has been carefully chosen to touch the heart.
