Göteborgs Konserthus Yoga concert: Ground

Yoga teacher Lene Skomedal takes us closer to classical music at this yoga concert. Feel the floor vibrate as the large concert hall organ surrounds you with beautiful sound on the large stage. To ground ourselves, we will place extra focus on the hips and legs.

In the middle of autumn’s whirlwind schedule, you have the opportunity to pause and arrive on your yoga mat. We’re making space right in the middle of the big stage at the Gothenburg Concert Hall.

At this yoga concert, feel the floor vibrate as the large concert hall organ resonates and surrounds you with beautiful, exciting sounds. To ground ourselves, we stay close to the floor and place extra focus on our hips and legs. We start with a gentle flow, followed by relaxing yin yoga.

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal (yogalene.se) takes us closer to classical music and guides us through yoga, as well as the music and the people behind it. Listen with your whole body and ground yourself through the vibrations of the mighty organ.

Welcome to this unique concert experience!

• Bring your own mat and perhaps a cozy blanket, cushion, or other props.
• Participate and move based on your own ability. There are always alternatives for everyone, and if you like, you can simply lie down on your mat and listen.
