A phantom haunts the Paris Opera House. It pursues the singers and takes over their senses. Visitors die in the salon under mysterious circumstances. The Phantom of the Opera from 1925 is based on a novel with the same name by Gaston Leroux, and is considered one of the major horror classics. In 1986, the story became a hit musical with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
British organist David Briggs is a well-known improviser and composer. He is now guest-performing in Gothenburg for the first time, offering a truly scary cinematic adventure with the help of the Concert Hall organ.
