Relaxed Performance
Attend a concert with musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, where all are welcome to listen to the music their own way. There is space here for all ages, temperaments and functional variations. Simply put: a concert with a little more freedom.

Family Concert: Together in Space
Let’s go to outer space! At this concert, we hear famous space music such as Holst’s The Planets, sounds from NASA’s archives, and voices from poetry. A journey with musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, whose sounds echo out into the Milky Way. From age 6.

Family Concert: In Search of Sunshine
A mystery about everyday joys – the light that takes you from one day to the next. With the help of a string quartet from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and Beethoven, we will go in search of the light that has disappeared. From age 6.
Christmas Baby Concert
A festive concert for you and your baby. Classical music is adapted for the very youngest at this concert. Sing along, dance and enjoy, with musicians from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. Ages 6 months to 2 years.
Family Concert: Children’s Christmas Celebration
Bring the whole family and enjoy a cosy, starlit evening of the most beautiful Christmas music! A festive concert for all ages with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s brass ensemble, Viktoria Tolstoy, Tomas von Brömssen and choirs. From age 6.

Polstjärnepriset Award 2027
An exciting afternoon at Gothenburg Concert Hall as four finalists compete for first place in the Polstjärnepriset Nordic Edition. The competing soloists who perform with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra are 14–18 years of age.

It’s time for Astrid Lindgren’s Pippi Longstocking to visit the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra! Pippi meets a real conductor and goes on a scavenger hunt among all the instruments. And can she get an entire orchestra to fall asleep? From age 6.
